You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it
We can only accept items returned in original packaging and with all labels and in the same condition you received it in. Please include with your item the receipt or proof of purchase. Unless due to human error, you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
As soon as we receive your returned item, we’ll send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item and have initiated your refund. When your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied back to your original method of payment within 14 business days.(excluding shipping costs).
Missing or late refunds: (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund at this time, and have checked your banking account, contact your credit card company, as it may take time before the refund officially is posted. If it has still not posted then please contact us at the email below and we will work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
